Quatertower is a high-rise proposal by Studio Symbiosis in a redeveloping industrial area. The building includes both commercial and residential use. The lower floors are planned for offices and a café. The upper floors are residential units. The structure includes balconies and open areas for occupants. The facade uses vertical elements arranged in a regular pattern. This creates a uniform appearance across the building height. The project focuses on functional planning, light access, and ventilation. It also includes shared spaces for residents.
